Very dissapointed with the Bloomingdale location. They need to hire a real design specialist. I bought a new house and needed a good specialist advice. The roller shade in my bedroom looks like a projection screen I was told I could exchange it at extra cost. I waisted my money. I DO NOT recommend this place .

The sales associate was very helpful in directing me to the options for the window. The installer was very friendly, on time and quick in the installation. The blind is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Budget Blinds. I will return to you for additional window covering needs.

Professional and Efficient
The associate who helped me pick out the blinds was knowledgeable, personable, honest about product choices, and easy to work with. The installer was efficient, personable and had to make some last minute adaptations that he did willingly and skillfully. Good customer service is sometimes hard to come by. Thank you.
