From the office staff (Tina) to the designer/salesperson (Carl) to the installer (Jason) it was a pleasure working with Budget Blinds. I love my solar blinds, I love how the verticals for the sliders were installed (this required a little imagination due to the location of the sliders). This was the second time I have used Budget Blinds. Mallory was great in helping to find a solution to a difficult frame mounting situation. I had three new additional sets of blinds installed in both of my bathrooms and in the kitchen. All three came out great and the installer gentleman was on time and really a nice guy. I really like using Tom's budget Blinds office- even the woman who answers the phone is courteous and helpful. This is the company you want to use for your blinds needs!

My installer, Juan, arrived within the prescribed time frame and did call me, 30 minutes prior to his arrival, as requested. He was very polite, courteous and helpful with any questions I had. I have a VERY particular eye and when I saw a screw that appeared to be darker than the one next to it, he happily changed it out at my request. How great is that?! No eye roll, just graciously accommodated my request. He gave me choices on what device to fix to the wall to raise and lower my blind. How nice! He showed me how to properly raise and lower my blind as well. He cleaned up after himself and took EVERYTHING with him. This is very important for those who live in a condominium, as I do. The product is just as represented to me and I love it. I will definitely use Budget Blinds for my next project. Tom, Mallory and Juan are all just great!
