I highly recommend Charlie's Heating and Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs. They are detailed in their service work and repairs. I couldn't be happier with my annual service plan. Phil performed the annual service. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and why and provided helpful recommendations. Phil also took the initiative and put on plastic booties over his work boots to keep our floors clean. I have used other HVAC businesses in the past, they all fail in comparison to Charlie's Heating and Air.

I had no ac or heat installed when i moved into my new place. I called charlies heat and ac and reveived an excellent estimate and i asked questions for over a month before i decided to go with them. They answered every phone call and question i had. The men that came out were on top of their game and i felt confident that these guys knew what they were doing . In the end my ac heat unit looks great , all the lines going into the foundation wall look as professional as it gets. no mess no worries and very very great guys . My overall price came in lower than the original estimate. I can say you wont have any problems when you hire these guys

We have lived in our home in Carterville for 30 years. Charlies has always taken care of our Heating and Air equipment, including replacing the entire system 14 years ago. Had a leak major leak in the internal coil. I was presented the option of replacing the coil or replacing the entire system. I chose replace the coil. They ordered it, replaced it, tested the system, and cleaned up. They were fast, polite, efficient, and thorough. I highly reccomend Charlies to everyone. 👍👍👍!
