I had a great experience with the staff at Cottman Transmission of Greenville! Betty up front was very helpful and informative. Although my car cost much more than I anticipated, I can now drive my children around knowing they are safe! Also, enterprise was right next store and the staff over there went above and beyond to be helpful as well. They truly made this hard time a little less painful!

I had a really great experience with Cottman! Joe and everyone else were so helpful. They performed a 21 Point check on my car (for FREE!) So I was aware of all of the things that needed to be taken care of. The repairs were done fast and my car is running great. They were even nice enough to give me a ride back to work when I dropped my car off. I shouldn't be needing any other repairs any time soon, but if I do, I know I'm taking it back to Cottman and will refer all of my friends and family there!! Thanks guys!

My Transmission was shot in my F350, so I took it straight to Cottman. Clay and Joe got on it right away. I told them them that was my only means for work and they said they would get it done as fast a they could. Sure enough they diagnosed the issue quickly and had me back on the road within 5 days with a brand new transmission. They called and kept me updated with the progress throughout. I've had several bad experiences with other transmission places. I would definitely Recommend Cottman to everyone I know. Service service service!!!

I have to share my story. So my son is away at college. He drives to Spartanburg to visit his sister (who is also in college) and the car dies on him. I can't get to him because I'm out of town (in a graduate program). So we have the car towed to Firestone where it sits for a week before anyone calls to tell me the repair is beyond what they do. I live in Charleston and cannot get to Spartanburg. ...A friend is mine calls a local mechanic in Charleston who recommends Cottman Transmission. A call us made and 30 minutes later, a gentleman named Joe calls me and say, "I'll have my tow guy bring me the car. If I can fix it, I'll quote you a price. If I can't, all you owe me is the tow." A few days later, he calls me back and tells me what it will cost to fix the car. He also tells me his work comes with a warranty and if I have any problems related to the work, he will come out and fix it no matter where the car is! Sounds too good to believe, right? Well all I can say is Joe is a man of his word! We picked the car up today. .. stopped at the store on the way home and the car would not start. I called Joe and he came to where we were. Got the car started; had us follow him to O'Reilly, where he installed a new battery for the car. I feel blessed!! It's a Sunday afternoon. He was not even scheduled to be open today, but do so to fit my schedule. The car is running great, and I'm happy. I HIGHLY recommend COTTMAN TRANSMISSION. Joe is awesome. I pray God continence smiles down on him, his family, and his business.
