We've used DeVoy for a few years now occasionally, but once our main A/C contractor retired, we have moved DeVoy AC into the #1 position on our vendor's list for our property management company. They are always very pleasant, professional, timely and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with the constant communication we receive by email notifying us of the appointment times letting us know they are on their way to a property as well as the analysis reports for the system's they have serviced. Finally, emailing us a professional invoice and a "Paid Invoice" once they are in receipt of our payment is extremely helpful for us and for our clients. I highly recommend their services!
