I had a really good experience with the entire team at Four Seasons Sunroom & Windows, Southern Exposure in Columbus, GA. The process was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Ryan came to my home to take measurements and provide me with a visual rendering of what the sunroom would look like. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once I decided to proceed with the project, the installation team, led by Josh, was excellent. They arrived promptly each day and kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire process. They were also very careful to protect my property and clean up after themselves. When the sunroom was finished, Josh took the time to walk me through the features and provide me with recommendations for maintaining the room. I am very happy with the final product and would highly recommend Four Seasons Sunroom & Windows to anyone considering a sunroom addition.

Appx 4 yrs ago they enclosed my patio. Today, it still makes a low-loud popping sound in the ceiling. I called reference the noise but was told it was normal. Sometimes the ceiling noise is so loud and powerful, it seems as though the ceiling will burst. I am not a happy camper. Advise on how to cease the noise,please.

This company- though their work was not bad (overall), is by far the most unprofessional with customers and absolutely no customer service skills. The problem is at the leadership level because apparently the two sons own the company now. I feel sorry for the work crew that has to hear the complaints thats due to poor leadership. Go somewhere else to get your sun room- you will be disappointed unless you don't mind just throwing away your money. We had a problem with an awning and were given the sob story of how the company changed over so they were not responsible for anyone elses work so we couldn't fix the problem like we wanted to because we were going to be charged $85.00 an hour and it required the crew to correct work that was done piss poor after they inspected what was the cause. Hey Ryan, here's my recommendation- you want a stellar company in the Columbus area that you could learn what customer service is all about? Go talk to Daniel Appliance and take notes. Thanks for taking care of your veterans-but I guess you learned that one already.

A tree fell on my sunroom in July 2019 .There was damage to the structure and three glass panels were shattered.Ryan Kennedy came to see us in Alabama and my husband and I knew we were dealing highly professional and dedicated people .But it was only when we saw Sean and his team working in a very methodical and professional manner we were convinced that we had made the right choice .We highly recommended them without any reservations.

Initially I was a little frustrated with the timeline to build my new back screened in porch but after talking with the personnel doing the build and the number of projects you have, it made sense why it takes time to get it done. Once it was complete, the wait was totally irrelevant. Well worth the wait. Great job and everyone working in the project were true professionals. Great company. One neighbor refuses to let his wife see it because he said she will make him order the same thing.

From day one when Jason came to speak with us, we knew Four Seasons was the company for us and they have not disappointed. Throughout the process they were very professional and available for questions, they took our little idea of what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations! My husband and I disagree A LOT, but we both whole heartedly agree that this was a great investment for our home. We most definitely recommend Columbus Four Seasons!

We just had a screen room built. Jerry, Garrett and Brandon did an excellent and professional job building the room. They were prompt, courteous and hard working. They kept the job site clean and paid attention to details. We are very pleased and excited about our new screen room. We had a heavy rain the night after the job was complete and there was NO leaks. I would recommend Four Seasons and this crew anytime.

I had work done by Four Seasons and they never finished the job. If fact they "lawyered-up" and sued me. I wouldn't trust them if I were you.

Worth the wait because Four Seasons Sunrooms is in such demand. From start to finish nothing but professionalism. Quality materials. Josh is a crafted/professional installer.

From the first visit with Tommy, I knew I chose the best company to build my sunroom. They were very professional and did all the leg work such as talking with my HOA , obtaining the proper permits etc.. I couldn’t ask for three friendlier, hard working and professional guys to build my sunroom. Danny, Gator and Garrett were so helpful and put up with all my guestions and my three dogs who loved them. I have another project I need done in the near future and I will definitely be calling Columbus Four Seasons and will recommend them to everyone..... Coni G
