We had building concepts build a Victorian all glass vinyl sunroom for us in 2008. Starting from 2nd year or so, we had constant roof leak problems. Whenever we had rain, it use to leak and damage wood trims and sheet rock inside. They came and fixed a few times but never did a good job of fixing it permanently because it was failing again and again. We spent lot of money and wish the sunroom stood up to the weather like rest of our house. Finally we had to hire another contractor from Torrington to fix the leaks couple of years ago and it has been holding better since then except for one minor leak when there is heavy rain. In recent storm, one side of gutter broke and when we called, they said the parts are no longer available and that they need to remove entire roof and reinstall new roofing system which will cost minimum of 10000 they said which is unbelievable to me. I called four seasons main office and they weren’t very helpful either. Just want to caution other customers about my experience.
