I went to the showroom in Fullerton to get information about adding a sunroom to my home. I called the office on Friday, April 12, 2025 around 2:30 to make sure someone would be available. The office is only open Monday thru Friday only until 4PM. A woman answered and said, “we close at 4 PM today“. I arrived at about 2:55 only to find everything locked up…closed. I was a little upset since I left work early to be able to make it to the store in a timely manner to be helped and out by closing at 4 PM. I consider this very unprofessional and possibly not even worthy of my business. I suggest if you would like to use these people, you make an appointment with someone before you waste your time going over to that showroom.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! David met with us, answered all our questions, oversaw the whole process. He was a pleasure to work with! Our new sunroom is so beautiful and functional!! The team worked quickly, taking down our old sunroom and constructing our new much much nicer sunroom. The team of guys building our sunroom were so hardworking, very knowledgeable, and very respectful of our property and very nice. The whole experience went so smoothly and we are so excited with the new added room space which is a lovely addition to our home. You will be so pleased if you work with them!

We are extremely pleased with our Four Seasons sunroom. David met with us and answered our questions and communicated regularly and responsively throughout the process from giving us options in planning to managing permits to over seeing construction . Brett drew up plans and ably presented them for the permit process. He also handled details of delivery and the removal of our old sunroom. The construction crew was amazed us with the speed and skill of building our addition. I heartily recommend Ambiance Additions if you are considering adding beautiful and functional space to your home.

I saw the 2 other reviews on here and was about to just skip over this company but a friend insisted they'd had a great experience with them and that I should at least talk to them before deciding. I'm so glad I did! I made an appointment to get an estimate for a patio room. David came and talked to me for awhile going over all my options. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience (my 2 little girls kept interrupting, lol). We haven't made our final decision on design yet but I know we're using these guys!

When I called 4-Seasons, I was told it was due to our choice of flooring (hardwood) and that it is causing an echo. I wish we had thought to ask about that beforehand. Thankfully it doesn't rain too much in L.A. Overall though the room looks fantastic and we have received many compliments when we have guests.

We recently had all new replacement windows and sliding doors installed in our home in Brea. The job entailed 4 sliders and 11 windows. The whole thing was completed in 3 days with minimal disruption to our life. The finished job looks great and works great. We would highly recommend Ambiance Additions for replacement windows and doors. The quality is top notch, and the pricing very competitive. We were impressed that all sales and installation appointments were kept on time, and everything was completed on the schedule that we were promised.

They installed a sun room on the balcony of my condo in Arcadia. They took care of the hassle of obtaining HOA approval as well as City's permit. All I needed to do was to provide the HOA contact information. An engineer was assigned to my project and he kept me informed every step of the way from beginning to finish. The technician who did the installation was very professional and everything was done according to the City code and that made the city inspections very easy. The sunroom addition increased my property value significantly. I strongly recommend Ambiance Additions to everyone.
