From the time we met with the contractor to the start of construction, it was about 3 weeks, which we expected. When the gentlemen showed up to do the job, a patio cover, it only took two days. They worked long hours and were very friendly. I have two complaints, however. One, we have 3 dogs that use the back yard a lot and one of them eats everything she can get in her mouth. When the work was completed, the bigger items of trash were cleared by the workers. My husband and I cleaned up the remaining screws, nails, plastic wrap and metal shavings so that out dogs would be safe. Second, when we were asked to do our final inspection, the finished product seemed incomplete. Where the old gutter had been, there was obviously discolouration on the fascia (overhang) next to the new cover. There should have been matching boarder strip put up in order for it to look uniform. I was first told by the men that they didn’t have any left to use and when I expressed my displeasure with the end result, they found a piece and put it up there to cover the discolouration and blend perfectly. Overall, very happy with the outcome.

Two years ago I had got a screen room with them and they were great. I wanted to add a pergola to my yard and they came out just finished up my pergola and I love the extra look it gives my backyard! Thank you four seasons I definitely recommend you.

Excellent company, from the moment they gave us estimate all the way to the end of our job they were great. We now have a beautiful sunroom , we are ready for all the seasons throughout the year. Thank you

They started on my 4 seaons room last week and worked less than 2 days. Said it was too cold. Promised to call me to let me know when they were coming back. NO ONE CALLED. I called my contact BeckyTorres and her voicemail is full. Called the main office. Sad someone would drop off a part today and work tomorrow.. Doubt it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Must say that we highly recommend this contractor. Great open communication at all times, friendly office staff and excellent workmanship. We had a sunroom and deck combo built by our pool and we enjoy it daily. Thank you Four Seasons!

Very sad how this company takes your money and runs. Very eager to promise the world but until you give them money and the they run. We contracted them to do a sunroom and garage. 10 months later the sunroom has no electricity and the garage was never build. Now we are sitting in a house that could be condemned due to the lack of proper wiring. Our back yard fence had been cut down along with landscaping and trees. It is now a mud hole. It took them 10 months to find out we have a gas line in our back yard that could not be removed unless we paid $15000 to $20000 dollars. Chris Thompson was the salesman beware, Randy Haney is the owner and he thinks he is to important to call you and puts his flunkies on the job to tell you it will be next week. Then in a week it will be the next then they will come out and lie to you and you will continue to wait.
