We had our patio that faces south covered by Four Seasons. Pretty basic installation with open sides and front. Shade was what we wanted. The unit does come with eave troughs and this is where the issues started.we had them back twice within 2 years to reseal the joints. Yes, the unit leaks and still leaks. We called again and they always try to work us in but always end up on the we’ll get back to you list. I now go up and try to reseal myself, using approved caulking and sometimes that spray on sealant. Because of the slope, the cracks in the caulking could be and appear anywhere. To us we wanted the shade it has provided and does that. My concern would be readily be higher if it was in fact a true sunroom, as the construction is virtually the same, and the follow-up service poor. Most likely wouldn’t recommend although it is a slick installation, looks great and slightly more expensive.

We required a few minor adjustments & repairs to our new sunroom. Isaac arrived on time, took the time to explain how to adjust our door & did a few little repairs. He didn't leave until he was certain we had all the work completed that we had asked. Nice working with him.

We love our sunroom. We use it all year round. Four Seasons had excellent workers re the installation. We have no negatives about our sunroom
