The whole experience with New England Sunrooms from signing the contract to completing the occupancy permit was excellent. We decided to go with the glass roof (pricier) instead of solid roof at their suggestion and it was the best decision. Mason Bolivar, who was the hands-on project manager was always prompt and clear in his communications and kept us well informed, way ahead of time, about schedules and durations of various tasks and operations including collecting and storing the materials upon delivery. He went way above and beyond his role by organizing and helping with tasks outside the main contract such as heated flooring, painting of the inside walls, picking lighting fixtures, fans etc. Eddie and the construction crew (his son and nephew?) were very efficient and finished the room construction including additional foundational elements under the existing deck in the scheduled 2 weeks in the middle of biting cold winter. Mason organized the work related to walls, flooring and electrical after that. New England Sunrooms and Conservatories just built us an amazing screened in porch adjacent to our deck and connected to our family room which we are loving. The crew was diligent and highly skilled, and Mason the project manager kept in good communication with us throughout the process. They kept to the timeline, cleaned everything up, and we are so happy with the final product! Definitely recommend working with them.
