I worked as a subcontractor with Mark Porter for over 10 years, and was always impressed with the work ethic he demanded of his employees. I often heard him impress on them to “just do it like it was your house, How would you want it done?” If you are looking for any construction, I highly recommend that you call Mark and ask him for advice. He is one of the most honest and meticulous people I have ever met. You will never regret it.

Our home in Carmel Point had a deck on the back with a view of the Bay but was usually too breezy and cool to be used any time of the year. The "solarium" created by Four Seasons gave us a new space which we enjoyably use every day in all kinds of weather during all seasons of the year. The professionalism of the Four Seasons team was exceptional and the workmanship and quality were as well. I was skeptical that the solarium could be treated as just another interior room and insisted that the old doors stay in place. Since the solarium was built over three years ago, we have never closed those doors. The solarium is an especially pleasant space.
