What have I done wrong? I bought a house last year Feb. 2018. When I bought the house, part of deal was that four seasons would place an order for replacement of four curved windows. The owner of Four Seasons was there for the closing of the house sale. Well I have attempted many times to get a phone call, email, voice mail etc. They just ignore me. I don't get it. I own a business as well with 22 employees. If I knew an employee was ignoring a customer like this, they would not be employed. I'm still waiting for a response after 16 months.

I have a twenty year old addition on the back of my house done by four seasons and have owned the house since 2003. The roof has been leaking ever since. When I first started contacting them about it they totally ignored me , I even had the one side of the room that was not glass reroofed but still had leaks at the top beam. They sent out two guys to caulk the glass and charged me three hundred $$ and it still leaked. They even showed up at my house to request if they could take pictures and use the room as a showpiece , I agreed if they would just fix the problem but I think they changed their minds when the saw all the water damage leaks. The windows also have lost their gas seal. I don’t believe this company stands by their work, every time I’ve contacted them I get the runaround. If anyone would like to see the room or view pictures of the water marks and leaks feel free to contact Bruce at firstname.lastname@example.org PS you may want to see before you buy

We contacted Four Seasons early 2013 about the possibility of making our covered deck more livable. Mark came along and explained how the deck could be entirely covered with glass and aluminum, and the benefits of using a special treated glass which would permit sunshine in and keeping most of the UV out. We considered the proposal he provided and later told him that it was not quite right. Instead we suggested he come up with a proposal to cover the lower deck outside the living room. He proposed removing the sliding door from the living room as well as the side window and most of the wall so that it would provide a free flow from the living room to the new sunroom. We were a bit skeptical at first but after much thought decided to proceed. The entire process which followed including the contract, obtaining drawings from architect, permits from the municipal authority were executed in an entirely professional manner. The work itself was done from start to finish methodically and at the end of each day the premises was left tidy. All the inspections came and went without any hitch including the final inspection. The subcontractors for drywall and electricity were reliable and efficient. We were entirely satisfied and transformed by the completed sunroom that before the end of 2013 we called Four Seasons to enquire about working on the upstairs deck. Gary Tiemstra provided us with many useful solutions to the problems which we had previously encountered such as the vent outside the kitchen window which had been an obstacle previously to extending the glass roof. Gary suggested extending the deck outwards 3 feet and lengthwise 5 feet to make the area less congested. We came up with other ideas to make the area outside the sunroom more livable. Again the process which followed went smoothly from start to finish. The only cause for delay was the frequent rainy days which slowed things down a little but everything fell into place at the end of the day. The sunrooms are delightful and sunny (not broiling like outside) provide us enjoyment of the garden in all kinds of weather. Our friends are ecstatic!

Excellent overall experience!
In December we had a 12 X 11 sunroof installed over the atrium in the centre of our house. Winter weather conditions are not the ideal time do this but our installers were fantastic and they did such a beautiful job, taking extra time and care to get the curbing perfect and leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the workday. Our design consultant Bruce created a one of a kind design for us,was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new sunroof and highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms. A big thank you to them.
