Customer service is terrible
They started working on my sunroom in June and it is still not completed. The out sourced my contract to another company and then put me in the middle. The sub contractor will tell me he is not doing what I asked for because 4 seasons is not paying him for that. The 4 seasons project manager would tell me he told care of it but the subcontractor knew nothing. I am still waiting for the Sheetrock to be installed and the final walk through which has not been done, but I keep getting calls for the final payment. What the hell!!!! Don’t trust them to do right by you, make sure you go through the contract with a fine tooth comb.

Poor customer service
We signed our contract, they ran our credit, they told us to activate the loan. After we activated the loan the project manager came and said they could not build on our deck (but previously stated our deck was perfect and built to last) then they tried to amend our contract to knock down our previous deck to build their own and charge us an extra 17k. We renegotiated the contract and they asked for a second deposit. Then they called the next day and cancelled the project again and told us to call the loan company to Void the loan. We bought paint, floors, and lights, and my credit took a hit.
All for what? For the sales rep, the vp, and the project manager to make us pay and sign and run my credit to all not agree on something and make the consumer the one who suffers.
I have twins on the way and I got my hopes let up and down four times in one week by this company while trying to create a sunroom for my new babies.
The salesman Don however, worked with us at every step of the way to somehow rectify the situation but the three parties couldn't fix the situation.

Customer service
After waiting an hour for a consultant to arrive, I called back to find out I had been scheduled at a different time and day. They offered to correct it by arriving 4 hours after my scheduled appointment on the same day. I agreed. After about an hour later, I received a call saying they don’t do installs in the front of house. I guess my day was wasted and I get to start all over. Very frustrating.

Not Accommodating
My Partner and I inquired about a Sunroom, I made an appointment and they came. He refused to give a quote because my partner was not home. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I am in Sales and this is something that just aggravates the customer. I have been in touch with Jaime, He seems very nice, But i'm hoping he can help me retrieve a quote.

Not Happy
I am not pleased at all with this company. They referred me to a local installer. I had a bad experience within the installer and Four Seasons advised me that they don’t vouch for their installers and they don’t stand behind their work. I waited 18 months for my sunroom to be installed and now that the windows are in, they don’t all match. Most of them are tinted such a dark blue that they look ridiculous. Two are normal color. Now they claim that dark blue tint is the standard color. I called customer service and cannot get any sort of commitment that this issue will be corrected. I would stay away from this company.

They just put it together and ran without cleaning it ! Very disappointing in this company
