I was very pleased with the service. They called me to let me know he was coming. He called me before he came to let when he would be coming. His service was great.

In all the years we have had a furnace and air conditioner, Getzchman Heating & Air Conditioning is the one we could count on to give us the best service. When they come in to seasonally check the air conditioner and furnace, they do not just do a fifteen minute job, they do a complete checkup and cleaning of the furnace, air conditioner and humidifier and also putting in new filters if necessary. They have respect for you and your home as Getzchman servicemen come into your home by first slipping on shoe covers in case they cause tracking. About four years ago, when checking the furnace, a Getzchman employee discovered we had a crack in the heat chamber. Lucky for us. The gas company came out and red tagged the furnace. It was early fall so we escaped a winter surprise. We did purchase a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner from Getzchman. We are very pleased with the units and the warranties.

Really good communication with the office. They gave me a time and then followed up when the tech was on his way. Nice job all the way around.
