Took him 1hr 30 minutes to change door lock Before doing anything He did paperwork explaining what he’s gonna do for another 30 minutes He asked me to sign 3hr Labor even I asked for 2hr No wonder, because took him ever to do work I had about 7 things want to get fix but I have to stop. If I have to ask him to do another thing Probably takes eight hours or even longer 3hr job $440

I’ve had several things worked on at my house in the past year. Brent repaired my kitchen floor after termites worked their way through and he was able to repair it and stain it so that you can’t even tell where it was damaged/repaired. Roman repaired my basement walls and painted the entire finished basement and room and bathroom. Both did an excellent job and were very courteous and professional and always arrived on time. Currently Roman is replacing basement bathroom flooring and I know that I will love it once it’s done! I couldn’t be happier with ACE Handyman services!

The hole in my garage ceiling has been there since October and is now fixed! Roman did a great job, not only with the drywall but matching the texture of the ceiling too!

We recently had a tile backsplash installed by Roman Cap. Happy to report that we are very pleased with the outcome. Roman arrived when promised, was very careful in prepping the job, consulted when any decisions needed to be made, kept his eyes open for possible complications, and cleaned up well every day (a 3-day job). And at the end of the job, we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Strongly recommend.

Recently needed our tv mounted to a wall with brick backing. Ace Handyman was quick to respond and helped put the tv mount up. Friendly and knowledgeable. Roman C did a great job and he even fixed the bend in the mount!

Original hardwired smoke detectors over 15 years old were replaced with new hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors at my house (4) and mother in law’s condo (3). Tech, Roman C., did the work efficiently and maintained clean work area. While at my house Roman also fixed a ceiling light fixture and installed a battery operated carbon monoxide detector. Work completed in less time than quoted. Ace Handyman has done other work for me in the past and are priced fairly.

They proposed different solutions and were very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the alternatives.
