Excellent service and workmanship. K & L replaced the furnace and air conditioner quickly and efficiently. The bid was comparable to others I received, but their service went beyond what others offered. I would gladly recommend the company and plan to use them again

I have had K&L install a whole heating system. They were professional, on time and great to work with. Years later when we needed a part replaced they were very reasonable and went above any other company to make sure the whole system was up to date and working efficiently. They even found a very difficult replacement for my camper system. Great guys! I'd call them anytime, they are very gracious to answer any questions.

I will start by saying that it is very easy to be let down by most contractors and I rarely like the experience of hiring a contractor but this time it was so different! My first experience with them was contacting them for an estimate for a new furnace. They scheduled my appointment within no time at all and I was actually surprised when they showed up on time, actually just a bit early which was great. Did I mention that usually you get a phone call from a lot of contractors saying that they are going to be really late or have to reschedule? They gave me my estimate before they left and a very fair price on a good unit. I scheduled an install date and once again they were not late at all, they were early again which suited me fine. Within no time at all they had my old furnace removed from the house, prepared the new furnace and installed the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention to detail during the install which was a pleasant surprise. I like to think that I can spot any shortcuts when it comes to wiring, piping in the propane to the furnace and certain things with the furnace install itself and I saw none!! They went through a complete check list of things during the install and when they were done the furnace was tested and ready for whatever the coming winter can throw at it. The only thing that did surprise me was that they didn't install a 90% efficient furnace like the quote said....instead they installed a better 95.5% efficient furnace at no additional charge!! How often does that happen? Lastly it isn't uncommon for a contractor to end up with some additional expenses which pop up during a job which increases the price somewhat more than what the estimate had stated. Well I can see where that can happen but the estimate that they gave me was exactly the price that I paid!! Another nice surprise!! I now know that I will deal with K & L Mechanical for many years to come and I will recommend them to anyone I know. They would be perfect for someone with rentals who needs work done when they say it will be done, for the price they say and at the level of quality that they want. You won't go wrong!!

I had two other companies, including a very reputable company from Hamilton look at my system. The first one said they did not know how to fix it. The second one said it could not be repaired and would have to replace the whole system. K&l Mechanical was able to repair my system at a very reasonable price and it works better than it ever has! We are extremely happy with their work.

my wife and I had a new furnace and air conditioner put in our house by troy of K&L Mechanical Services and were pleasantly rewarded with the economics of the new units. Our power bill will definitely be much lower after getting rid of the furnace we had. He was very professional and cleaned up everything when he was done. Our a/c quit working and we were able to contact Troy for service. He arrived within an hour and diagnosed our problem. He had to order parts for our a/c as it is fairly old. When the parts arrived Troy brought them out and fixed our a/c quickly. He was very professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
