Very satisfied with the repair work on my peeling paint. Kevin was very informative with the steps that would be taken to fix the problem. Price was by far the best around. Great work Kevin. I would recommend Maaco to others and already have. Thanks again Kevin for all your help.

My experience with Macco and Kevin was wonderful. He kept his promise to me, and now my Jeep looks new. I will spread the word and let all my friends know were to go. I will return again. Kevin I give you a "10", for making my day brighter. Thank you!!!

Waste of time and money
This place is a joke, I paid for front / rear bumper and left / right rocker panels to be redone, over $1000. They didn't prep the parts properly, and worst of all they painted the parts ON THE CAR. When I got it back, half the rockers weren't even re-painted because when you open the door you clearly could see the transition from old to new paint. I don't know if they even stripped the old paint off. Same with front bumper; and overspray got EVERYWHERE. Plus my car smelled like paint for weeks afterwards, and since they did everything with the parts on the car, the doors were open and dust covered every square inch of my interior, thanks Maaco! I took my car back to have them redo it all, and demanded that the parts be painted OFF THE CAR. They actually did it the second time! But they still managed to screw up 3 things: they didn't properly attach the left rocker so it was bulging out, they scratched BOTH front fenders where it meets the bumper, and they didn't reinstall the air intake duct (I had to chase them down to get that part back). Oh and they also scratched both fear fenders too when working on the rear bumper. Absolutely terrible attention to detail and quality. Kevin (the manager) runs an absolute circus show at this Cranston location; it's a joke. Don't waste your money here, they don't care about your car, they won't prep your parts correctly, and the paint results in orange peel and overspray everywhere. I'm only giving it 2 stars because he refunded me a whopping $100 for my troubles, but that was AFTER he and I had it out in the parking lot for fifteen minutes while he helplessly tried to defend himself after I clearly pointed out his mistakes. Just to reiterate, this place is ran by idiots and you WILL be disappointed if you know anything about car detail.

Prompt, courteous, professional
Maaco Review... My daughter bumped into the blocks of a flowerbed and scraped up the rear quarter more significantly than a simple buffing out. After receiving several estimates (that were shocking and demoralizing), I checked with Kevin V. at Maaco on Park Ave in Cranston. From start to finish, Kevin was fantastic. He gave us a very reasonable written estimate after researching the specifics of my vehicle paint utilizing the vin number. He explained the repair process in detail. The repair work was actually completed before promised. I am no expert, but we could not tell where the damage was previously!!! Thank you to Kevin for being so accommodating and Maaco in Cranston for courteous, prompt and professional service.

I was happy with the way my Corvette came out the painted the hood and the nose they forgot the inner side of the headlights but yet I was still happy they charged me $650 I give an 8 out of 10. I just brought them my 95 Jeep Wrangler they told me $1,100 to paint and do body work to the Jeep we'll see how that comes out... I guess there's no such thing as a $399 paint job like they advertise....
