I came here to have the whole front half of my car painted. The website states "With our attention to detail, you'll fall in love with your car again." Well, on the contrary, here's how they pay attention to detail: there was overspray on headlights and other parts of the car because no masking was done, when we checked the bumper it was painted on the face front but they forgot to paint the top, sides, and lower part of the bumper (I mean it it 3-D and you HAVE to paint all angles of it) and so many other details were passed over that I could have done the same job but better in a painting booth. I am very unsatisfied and deeply disappointed in the quality of work that I received at Maaco. I will NEVER have them paint my car again and I will NOT recommend Maaco for any painting service to anybody that I know. I actually "fell out of love with the car" after I saw their paint work.

Sarah and her team completed my truck as promised with great results. I was amazed at her great customer service with me to get a finished project. I would definitely recommend Spokane's Maaco.

I was really impressed with the great deal I got for my with the quality being so good! The owner is former military and the company is military friendly! I wasn't expecting much to get my Honda painted; it's not a impressive car, I just didn't want it to look like trash as I put a couple more years on it. But they gave me quality paint that they mix themselves, and even fixed some body damage from my previous encounter with deer! They can make anything look good!

I'll give Mike Phillips/Mike Newman and the whole gang a big thanks for taking care of my 1926 Model T ford. Super job from start to finish. The color I picked matched perfectly and the price was right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this north side Macco shop. Hi Mike, I spoke with you on the phone when I was getting estimates on my 1965 Plymouth. I just dropped by at lunch today to take some pictures and it is looking great, but more important I wanted to let you know that my interactions with Mike N, Sara, and Tom have been outstanding! Not at all what I expected it to be....much better. They have taken time to talk to me and make me feel like a customer. Wanted to express my appreciation for that! Anyway, certainly a place I will recommend to others!!! --John
