Massage good, customer service poor

Massage with Jack was excellent, but payment / departure at desk was poor. Receptionist misquoted pricing to me and was argumentative when I told her what she had quoted. She called her Mgr., who approver my correct pricing. Not a relaxing way to end the d perience.

Great First Visit

Today was my first visit to Massage Heights. I recently moved to the area and was a need of a massage. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Caleb and felt very comfortable. I was a little apprehensive being my first time here, I had been going to the same masseuse for years back in CT and she was wonderful. Lori, my new masseuse exceeded my expectations - she gave a great firm massage. I left there feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. The room was clean, comfortable and I did not ever feel rushed. Wonderful experience. Will be going back next month.

One of the most client centric experiences in years!

I have now had two exceptional experiences with Caleb....and what a rock start this young man is! In addition my therapist Daniela was fantastic. These two made it a no brainer to sign up for a membership on the spot. My wife and I can get massages anywhere, but to be treated this well is what sealed the deal. Amazing job!

A Necessity

Love this location! I try to go once a month but I find myself wanting to go once a week! The therapists are professional and skilled. I brought my parents and husband and they had nothing but good things to say as well. 10/10 would recommend.
