Maria, my therapist was kind and friendly however I did choose the different type of massage she gave. I did not have the invigorating experience I usually get. Next time I will inquire more extensively about the therapist methods.

May has is a really good therapist and this was by far the best massage I've had from her...she took her time, was very thorough and the nice little extras like hot towels were great. Having a 90 minute makes a huge difference in having time to do a complete full body massage.

I go to the facility at Parkway Village. From the time I entered the front door, David Faulkner, greeted me. He is such a pleasant young man and has great people skills. Lauren did my facial and she is just great. I think each time I have her she gets better It was a delightful experience and I look forward to my next appointment

I visit the Midtown location often and am usually very happy with the professionalism and services. While the staff was very friendly and kind, I was disappointed that the Parkway Village location did not live up to the standard I am used to. I felt that the therapist did everything possible to minimize the amount our session lasted - after a short wait, getting pillows, a lengthy consultation etc. we started about 20 min late and still finished at 10 to the hour. A little chit chat is fine, but I prefer to relax in a calm room (dimmed lights, music, aromatherapy)... this location didn't really offer any of that & could learn a lot from Midtown.

Dianne, the Massage leader therapist was so good in her approach and application of the massage I received. Exactly as how I asked and the facial received by Lauren was exceptional. Can't wait to go back!
