Just signed up for services and was charged more than quoted
Just got 1st service done and received email of my card charged $56.95 more than the original quote. When quoted what it was going to cost they did not include tax in the quote. I paid for the full year and expected the price they quoted. Called them and they had no concern with the discrepancy in price. When quoting a $ amount for services they should let you know taxes are or not included in that quote. Just feeling a little raw with the whole situation at this point.

Great service
They sent me a text the day before to let me know they were coming. The technician introduced himself, explained the process, we walked to property together (more than 6 feet apart) then he went to work. He let me know when he was finished. I like that they carry the spray on a backpack so he could get in tight spaces. I watched a little through my window and he worked hard to cover my huge yard. I am very pleased and will continue to use Mosquito Authority!

High Quality Service
I have been very pleased with my first season of service from Mosquito Authority.
They appear to have run off all the mosquitos in my yard.
The first spray, they had to redo ... but they were quick to return.
No problems since.
The staff is wonderful.

Excellent Service; Very quick to respond to questions and concerns
My neighbor used another mosquito pest service that left an odor; must have used a pesticide. Also a very noisy application. I wanted something different. Mosquito Authority to the rescue. After using them, I have not had any problems with mosquitoes. They are very professional, cost-effective. Will be using them next year. Would highly recommend

Staff was courteous and very quick to respond to my inquiries. They were able to accommodate my last minute request. I will review again once I am able to use the backyard again.

I spoke with Wesley prior to his spraying. I thought he was the owner. His courtesy, appearance and knowledge about the service, chemicals and bugs were beyond that of a typical "staff" person in my experience.

Not getting bit.
Just had our first treatment. The gentleman sprayed our large back yard very thoroughly, including the many trees and bushes at the back. Will know in a few days how effective the treatment was. My first impression is that it will certainly help. Before they came, I was bit seventeen times while working in my garden...and this was after I had used bug spray.
