Mosquito Authority is very customer oriented and provides great service.

Our first application lasted about 14 days. No problem, only first application, right? We called and they sent someone to re-apply. My husband watched as this person sprayed the perimeter of the house, not the yard. Our second paid application was on Thursday June 27. Three days later, on Sunday June 30, I received 6 mosquito bites in under 5 minutes in the backyard. And today, after only 6 days from application, I have at least 7 bites after less than 3 minutes on the patio. The only reason I have no more bites than that is I had to come inside the house. Mosquito Authority is a joke and a gimmick! I am embarrassed to have fallen for this. Spend your money on bug spray.

We have used mosquito authority for several years and have been very pleased with their quality of service as well as their good customer communication.

This is our first summer using The Mosquito Authority. I always scoffed at the advertisements that your yard could be kept mosquito free, but my son tried a different service in another state and it was wonderful. So we decided to try too, and it is great, my wife could never go outside most of the spring, summer and fall because she seems to attract them and end up with welts. We also have our parents living with us and it has made it much more pleasant for them to go outside as well. The young lady who comes to our home to spray, Wendy, is very thorough, and very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend this service.

Mosquito Authority is great. They come out and spray and if we have any issues they quickly reschedule a re-spray. They will ask where the problem area is and try to solve the problem so we have a bug free pool area.

The representatives that came to my house (Wendy and Delvin) were dedicated to making sure that we were mosquito free. They took their time to listen to me and took time to makes sure that they had sprayed all of my yard. I appreciate their outstanding customer service. Wendy takes her job seriously and it shows!

She takes her time and is very thorough..always speaks and is definitely always people person. She gave me her personal phone number and has responded to text or calls I have made even after business hours. Not only is the service great but the product has allowed myself and my kids to enjoy our pool and time outside without the hassle of critters. Thank you Wendy for being a great worker and always having a smile on your face.

This is my second year with Mosquito Authority and I have been very pleased. If I had any questions or problems, customer service has been quick to respond and fix it. For example a couple of days after my yard was sprayed we had a week of rain and I started to have mosquito's again. When I called in they came back and sprayed again the next day! Since having them come out I have been able to go outside and enjoy time with my family again. Thanks Mosquito Authority!
