They responded quickly during a rainy spell when we started having mosquitos. We have been very pleased with the service and have used this service for several years.

I have used these folks for the last 3 years and have not had the first bug bite. our neighborhood is near a pond and there has always been a mosquito problem here. I could not go out in my yard after 3 in the afternoon because the bugs were so bad. not anynore!!

We have 2 children under the age of 5 and they (along with my husband and I) want to enjoy being outside all summer without the worry of coating ourselves in bug spray! It's so enjoyable to spend a few minutes or a few hours outside and not see a single mosquito! This is our fourth year of service with Mosquito Authority. It has been 7 weeks since our first service and I haven't seen or been bitten by any mosquito's. It's so nice not to be bothered by those pesky mosquito's while working in the yard,sitting on the deck or swimming in the pool! 5 star service!!!!!

I was skeptical when I first saw the MA signs and learned what they were for. However, we were at my daughter's house in Cary when they were spraying for the first time. Their neighbors had their yard sprayed, so their children could play outside and loved it. My daughter and her husband decided to try it and see. The next day I called to see what she thought and they had all been outside all day enjoying themselves in mosquito-free territory. I called the Hansen's the next day and had them come spray our yard. This is our 3rd season, first spray was this week, and it makes such a difference. I believe it is the best money we spend on anything and we consider it as essential as anything we need to live comfortably, like AC and groceries! The Hansen's are wonderful to do business with. If there is a question about anything, they do take your calls and respond to whatever your needs or questions might be. Great product, great customer service.
