My current experience with Mosquito Authority has been nothing shy of professional perfection. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome from the application of the mosquito barrier. We have an in-ground pool in our back yard so of course, our yard is mosquito heaven. After the first application we were able to recognize a substantial improvement. Since we began our routine applications, our outside time has increased and been made more enjoyable, thanks to the professionals at Mosquito Authority. Setting up appointments and working with the office staff at Mosquito Authority is very friendly, informative, and pleasant. I was hesitant to try a service but I have tried some of the other ways to rid our property of the pests and were unsuccessful. From the first phone call I have been met with outstanding customer service and have always felt valued. They even brought me a gift, a bundt cake, and it was delicious!! I have been getting my yard treated by Misquote Authority for three years now and I have had only positive experiences with their service. The reason there are only positive experiences is because of their customer service. The customer service that they extend is that of decades ago; quick responses, kindness, and always resolving any issue with 100% satisfaction. There is no ther company who can compare! The specialist who came out to my house was very professional, and informative. He did a thorough inspection of my property before the application. He also left notes with tips that would allow me to help with the control of the mosquitos. In the office Tracy is great at solving any issues I have through treatments, and letting me know when to expect my next treatment
