I was a bit put off by the attitude of the woman in the office. The price is higher than most, but they do arrive on time and get to work. This is the only outfit I could hire to cut a hole in the roof for the installation of an attic fan. The roofer and the electrician arrived on time and completed the job in 90 minutes. They were very efficient I would use them again but I would rather not deal with the person in the office.

Mr Electric called while I was still seeking a pro on HA.com ! Set up appointment for next day with Rita who was a pleasure to deal with; I subsequently asked for earlier then next day or later in the week due to my schedule changing, and she called back an hour later with a "first thing in the morning" appointment the next day. They arrived in the stated time interval. Their techs were skilled and polite, and completed the work within an hour. After repairing a damaged outlet, they checked others in the circuit and found an additional non-working outlet, which was repaired on the spot. Recommended !
