Poor customer service
I had book an appointment to have an estimate for having the wiring finished on my shop. I found out the day before that appointment that it was not going to be needed. I emailed the company to cancel and did not get a response so the next morning I called the service number to notify the company that I needed to cancel the appointment so that they did not send out an Electrician out to a canceled appointment and not waste time that could be used to service another customer. Having Managed a number of service companies one of the most wasteful and frustrating things to happen is to send a Technician to a service call and have it cancel at the door or customer no show for appointment when I could have directed that Technician to another customer that is either waiting for another day or having an emergency. I have always expressed and enforced the customer first mindset for all my employees and the it starts from the time you pick up the phone. I will tell you the person I spoke with on the morning of the 8th of Feb must not have ever heard that concept because her attitude toward me was horrible and to tell when I told her I need to cancel my appointment for her to say " I can't believe you are calling the day of your appointment to cancel" and then as I went to tell her why for her to state " you have to be kidding me" and hanging up the phone was totally uncalled for, rude, and disrespectful. As a customer I have the right to cancel an appointment at anytime without having to be treated in this manner. I was highly offended with the way I was treated and it has made have second thoughts of if I would ever have Mr. Electric do any work for me or my company. I have many customer, friends and family members that as me for referrals and highly regard whom I refer and my opinion about those referrals. I hope this issue is looked into because one person providing poor customer service can ruin a company's reputation and drive customers away.

Mr. Fuentes came out because I thought my outlet stopped working. I tested the panel out and it still wasn’t working and he was able to go in and fix it. He saved me a lot of money I’m sure. He was God sent this morning. He was very professional and nice. Thumbs up to a great company.

Above and beyond
I recently had Mr Electric do a goodly amount of work on a patio room addition. A gfci outlet failed supplying power to the pump and filter to our koi pond. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2 days from the call. I received a call from the technician Paz about 10 minutes later who said he was in the area and could come right over. He arrived in about 10 minutes from the call and completed the replacement of the defective part. I could not be more pleased with the initial work the repair or the people I dealt with.

Tracy and Paz were awesome. They showed up on time and were very clean. They stuck to the price they quoted me up front for replacing my old fixtures with new LED ones
