Just what we wanted and needed!
Kory arrived right on time, very friendly, very professional. I was meeting him at my daughter and son in law's house that they are updating as they live in Virginia. I didn't know what all they wanted done, but Kory knew and got the job done! Definitely would recommend these guys!

Superior service and professionalism
Superior service and professionalism. Derick F. (with Mr. Electric) installed our chandelier perfectly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our residence. We were very pleased with his work.

INTERESTING THAT ALL REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE 5 STAR
Your electrician was here approximately 2.5 hours, and explained his estimate was based on the job, not an hourly rate. We asked him to fix a light switch, fix one outlet, install a Ring doorbell and install an outside garage door opener. In the end we were charged $948.71 for 3 of the 4 requests, which is $379.48 an hour, so about double what we were expecting. He was unable to install the outside garage door opener, even though he mentioned that bids were based on the job, regardless of it if took one hour or eight hours to accomplish. Now we are going to have to call someone else to take care of that task. In the end we were charged $948.71, which is $379.48 an hour. The last time we hired you, we were charged $137.39 and $23.96 to fix one recessed light in our hour. Trying to entice customer to sign up for a 6 month or 1 year maintenance plan, to lower fees (it only would have lowered ours by $50) is confusing and unnecessary for most people. We will not be using Mr. Electric again.

Owner is Terrible!
We used this company to complete the electrical in our unfinished basement. HUGE mistake! The plumbers were super nice but we went through several of them so the quote kept changing which is frustrating. They apparently have a high turnover. Beware, the owner and the office staff are complete a--holes. Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. The owner will insult and call names if something doesn't go his way despite what is in the contract. They must be hurting for money because they demanded we pay them our small balance even when the work wasn't done! We refused to pay until the work was completed per our contract so he harassed us by phone and text for months. I told him I would call the police if he kept it up but he didn't care. I got to the point where I wouldn't even answer my door unless it was someone we knew. Then, while installing drywall we learned of a couple mistakes so we called to have them fixed. Instead of being understanding, he insulted us and threatened to put a lien on OUR house for payment of work THEY didn't do correctly. His behavior was insane! The plumber, Ryan, was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions. If I could have hired just him independently instead of going through this awful company, I would have. The owner should learn how to treat people! I would NOT recommend them for any work at all considering how much stress, anxiety and fear the owner caused our family. Steer clear unless you're ok with being treated like trash. I'm sure the owner will comment on this review and go on the attack because that's what he does.

My Go-To from now on for all my electrical needs
I've used Mr. Electric on two occasions (Dec 2020 and Jun 2021) and both times they did as great of a job as one could hope for! Ryan was the electrician assigned to do my repairs and kitchen remodel. He gave very accurate estimates and offered his expert opinion on where to put switches, fixtures, and what models/types of them he’s seen being used recently. I'm a do-it-yourself-perfectionist type of person (with an irrational fear of electricity) when it comes to home improvements, so every time I have to hire out work and/or use the "C" word (contractor) I cringe. Thoughts of over charging, poor quality work, untrustworthiness, late-to-start/late-to-finish, unprofessional, regret, and a mess left for me to cleanup, come to mind. I experienced none of these stereotypes with Mr. Electric. I feel I have found a lifelong electrical C-word for all my needs. THANK YOU!!

Professional and very helpful
I had 2 items I needed help with. . 1--a flashing ceiling light and 2--need for a doorbell that I would be able to respond to. They resolved the ceiling light very quickly and explained, in simple terms, what caused it and how I can avoid this recurring. The doorbell....they asked what I needed and how I would use it, gave a quote which I approved and went right out and got it. A very short time later ( same day), they came back with the doorbell, gave me suggestions on the installation and then installed it. I am very happy with their service. It was a pleasure having them working here and I will call them again whenever I need this type of help. The light works perfectly now and the doorbell is a blessing for me.
