This company aims to please! Prompt, courteous, thorough and experienced. From start to finish Mr. Electric brings a level of excellence and pride to their work that is impressive. The technicians are not only skilled but have the ability to communicate what needs to be done and are extremely personable. We have twice used their services, once for a routine repair and once for an emergency. On both occasions we were so pleased with the level of professionalism and follow through. Each job was executed with great attention to detail and a desire to satisfy our expectations. All around you cannot ask for better when you need an electrician.

We had a dishwasher installed by a plumbing company, only to find out the power was 4 inches too short. The plumber could not do the electrical work, so at 4 pm on the day before a holiday he put us in touch with Mr. Electric. Mr. Electric came just after 5 pm and brought everything under the sink up to code. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and I would call again because I know it's going to be done right and they will stand by their work. I really appreciate the fact that he took a lot of time after hours, on the day before a holiday so I could take advantage of the 48 hour warranty on my dishwasher!

Tell me how many electric companies would do this ? I called for service and the lady was so nice on the phone, she first had me do a few tests with breakers and buttons. That worked. They didn't get the call for service due to this but they will in the future without a question. Family owned and nice as can be. Hard to find in this faceless world today

I came home tonight to a chirping smoke detector, so I changed the battery. All of a sudden all the other smoke detectors started chirping and going off intermittently!!! I called them at 6:15 on a Friday night and within an hour they were at my door and solved the problem within 10 minutes. I did have to replace the smoke detectors and it was a little pricy, but there is no way I could have solved this on my own. And they did work with me to get the cost as low as possible. This is not the first time I have used their service and they are always professional, courteous, and quick. For the peace of mind that I will have working smoke detectors that won't chirp/go off randomly, the price was fair. From the receptionist who answered my desperate call to the electrician who came out, they ware all incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends or family!

Great job! Great job on our auxiliary generator installation. The leveling and base construction is a work of art. Excellent attention to detail. Competent and professional technicians. Not cheap, but worth it. At this point, we are very pleased.

Very professional and thorough. Tightened old connections from power box to outlets that were not working. Everything seems fine now. Also replaced some switch plates for free. Not sure if the price was right since I've never had to call an electrician before and was not a member of Angie's List yet. I signed up just so I could write a review!
