I have taken my car to numerous different shops and I have never been fully satisfied with the service provided. I brought my car here and I can honestly say I don't have any complaints. The staff were very friendly, professional, efficient, and did the work in a very timely manner. I will definitely be coming here for all of my car needs.

I took my truck in to another transmission shop and they told me that I needed a new transmission and it was going to cost me close to $3500 and I would need to leave it with them for the better part of a week to have the work done. I was skeptical so I took it to Mr. Transmission for a second opinion. They checked it out and found out that it was just an issue with a sensor in the transmission. They replaced it the same day and had me on my way for $314.43. My truck is running perfectly now, if I were a more bitter person I would call the Better Business Bureau on the other shop. I'm just glad that I had the sense to seek out a more honest shop. The folks there saved me a ton of money and I am eternally grateful. I'm not an expert when it comes to mechanical things, and if they had tried to pull the wool over my eyes like the first shop, I probably would have had to to bite the bullet and see if I could borrow the money from a relative to get it fixed. They saved my truck, my money and my dignity. I don't know of any way you could ask more from a shop.

Having car trouble is never a fun or pleasant experiance; but dealing with Mr. Transmission was as easy as cracking an egg. I have been in the customer service industry all my life and know what great customer service looks like, and Mark is the poster child for excellent service. The friendly staff was a delightful change from the usual "repair man" stereotype. This visit was the first time I actually trusted a mechanic to do a great job while providing good customer service. I would definitely recommend a friend or stranger to get any car work done here, unless ou want to be haggled about replacing. 4 new tires when all you wanted was an oil change. Keep up the good work! I will be back!

I was headed out of town and stopped in to have my brakes looked at. I needed new front brakes. Mark and his team were great! I was out of there in no time and on my way! I would highly recommend Mr. Transmission to everyone!
