I have used Patel Builders for my home, and they have done an excellent job. They installed a brand new HVAC system and tankless water heater. Moreover, they have done an excellent job getting a zero percent loan as well and this was 10 years ago. I would highly recommend that you go to them for your needs.

They use very poor quality material. It is hard to chase these people once you pay them. I never got my work done. I have use another contractor.

After receiving quotes from various other HVAC contractors, I hired the Patel Brothers to replace my water tank, furnace and Air Conditioner since their price was the best. I found them to be knowledgeable, polite and punctual. After installing all the items they cleaned up their mess and took away the old items. I would recommend them

I am highly satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this entire team lead by Mr. Sunil Patel. I will write my real example. I moved into a 12 years young house in North Edison, NJ before three months and my water heater started leaking yesterday and warranty was already expired. On browsing Google, I came to know that normal gas heater last longs for 10-12 years (at least the kind of model I had). I called Sunil and explained my situation. He promptly understood and requested his few staff to stay back for one more day before going on Labor Day long weekend. They came fully prepared, this morning with 97% highly energy efficient unit at 10am and they were done by 4pm!!! They cleaned and vacuum the floor and kept instruction before turning water and gas off and a time estimate to bring it on. I had a party in evening with 35 people invited and was worried but Mr. Patel and his crew kept their words and delivered the quality service. A perfect example of customer satisfaction and a job well done!!

I had issue with my tank less heater and I called patel construction and they came on Saturday and fixed it within an hour.

Workers were very friendly and were able to explain the procedure very well. Maintained a professional relationship with myself and family. Completed work in a timely manner. Gave us proper reading material regarding what was being done to our home. Were able to answer any questions that I had regarding the new systems that were being installed into our home. They helped us obtain a loan and were able to provide education regarding how to obtain the loan and how to secure it. Overall, very professional, helpful, friendly individuals.
