Unprofessional
These people are very unorganized. They have about five different people supposedly looking after you. Documents were lost numerous times. Immigration has sent my documents back twice with missing free and forms. Noone can answer why. It's been since 2019 going through this process and so much money and time wasted. I need answers and results. I want a refund.

I did not find the staff to be professional or very helpful most of the time detailing with them. We were misinformed numerous times and found them not to be very thorough.
