Terrible service. Spent $12,500 on a dual zone HVAC in mid-July 2019. The AC is not working. I have contacted and left a message yesterday. They did not return my call. Called again today and sent an email. The mail box is full and will not take messages. There was no response to the email. This is terrible service. I would never suggest that anyone else use them.

Terrible service. They didn't have the decency to call me back with an ETA even though I explained I didn't have heat on a 25 degree day! How can they stay in business? The receptionist was nice, tried to call the "on call" team 3 times. Once a man named "Chris" called me back at 7am to say he would get back in touch with me with an approximate time of arrival, but this second call never happened! I called two additional times, even called Chris's cell # but he did not pick up. I waited 6 hours and was afraid my pipes would freeze so I called another company who came and addressed by heating issue asap.

I bought a new house and had no heating in dead of summer a month after bought. Replaced day after quote and stayed with quote. 5 years later not a single problem and house temperature is perfect. They now have installed systems in 3 of my family members. Don't look any where else.

Top notch professionalism and great customer service. I made the call for an estimate for a new Coleman HVAC unit-we had a guy come out the very next morning. He took his time explaining my options and answered all of my questions I had. I must also add that he was super nice and very helpful. A time was set and the install was promptly completed. I would absolutely recommend platinum heat and air to anyone that appreciates honest, prompt, and exceptional customer service and performance overall.

Our AC went out during the evening. I found these guys on the web and gave them a call. John said he would be here in 40 minutes and was. He diagnosed the problem. He gave me the options I had along estimates. When it was all done he was 100% spot on. Clean neat and honest. They are very customer oriented. Best around.

I have know these guys for a long time! They have put in 2 systems in 2 different houses! Their work is fabulous never had any problems after they left the job! They are super knowledgable and have a lot of years experience which helps when giving HVAC options! If you need any heating and air work done don't hesitate to call Platinum Air Service they will take care of you!!
