I was selling my house and was given a to do list of things that needed to be done before it could go. After calling another company who found enough wrong with my system that could've been the amount required for a new car down payment I decided to get another opinion. Pro Max came out the next morning and found the only thing wrong was a leak in one of the freeon lines and an extra back up capacitor was needed.. they saved me a ton of money and they were upfront, honest and walked me around and showed me where the problems were. This company saved my life... kinda. My a/c broke at 5:30am they were at my house at 9:15 am, and done fixing everything by 10 am. The service guy stayed to make sure it cooled my house and was working how it should and walked me through everything he did to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and what I need to do. I used Promax from a reference from a friend after he used a different company who told him he needed a complete new system, he called Promax for a second opinion and they didn't try to sell her anything. Were there 10 minutes and had his problem fixed and on their way without a system needed. Honest, fast, and efficient. I don't feel I'll use them again and that's a good thing. I won't need to.

Pro-Max was very professional and courteous when I needed my air conditioner fixed. They came out on a holiday and their prices are affordable. The service men for Pro-Max are reliable, they showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. I will suggest Pro-Max to my friends.

Amazing, I called another company out because my two year old system kept leaking Freon, they kept selling me more and more parts and it was getting annoying. After doing some searching and reading reviews I decided to call these guys. They sent out two guys who found exactly where I was losing Freon. Replaced a piece of copper and it's been cooling fine ever since. They are extremely professional and never guessed at what could be the problem. I am very grateful and will definitely use them if any other issues should arrive.

I called Pro Max on a Saturday evening, my outside unit had took a turn for the worst and had started tripping the breaker. They sent a technician out who had diagnosed the problem in under 15 minutes. The unit was a dinosaur and I knew it was time to replace it. After several options and two free bids from other companies, I decided to move forward with Pro Max, because their prices seemed like a blessing compared to the others lol. They installed an Amana 18 seer communicating system with new ducts and blown insulation and have managed to bring my light bill from an exhausting 200 a month to an amazing 125. They are very courteous and professional, and got me up and blowing cold in no time. I highly recommend them. 10 stars!!!!!!!!
