Went to my local Pro Source to by some building supplies. I left with my supplies and 2 trusted advisors. Gerry Gray, Manager, and Mike Banks didn’t just help us but they truly pointed out somethings we were going to use in the wrong application. Then they helped us find appropriate better choices. They explained their concerns and always treated with respect, they never acted like they were tired of dealing with these dumb homeowners. Several years ago we purchased flooring for our kitchen remodel. The flooring is very high quality and the staff was extremely helpful. We needed to purchase bathroom flooring and knew exactly where to go. Bill was extremely helpful and friendly. We described our home and what we were looking for. We wanted a waterproof wood laminate. Bill took us over to that section and picked out something he thought would fit with our homes character. We looked at the other choices and choose the one Bill picked out. He knew exactly what would look the best in our home given our description. We couldn't be happier! This is the only place to shop!!

From beginning to end, my experience in working with Kirk and ProSource on my bathroom remodel was a very positive and satisfying experience. Kirk knows his product lines and does a great job of patiently explaining details. Now that the job has been completed, I smile every time I look at the way the floor tile and wall glass tile complement each other. At a couple points when I randomly stopped in to ProSource on a day when Kirk was off, the other staff there were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can say without exception that I will clearly use ProSource for any future remodeling needs. Kirk and they are a first class operation.

I had research several flooring options for the new business that I was opening in Glenville to the point that I was getting confused and frustrated. When I walked in to ProSource a salesman named Oliver took me right into the showroom, directed me to flooring I described, and was extremely knowledgeable. I took home samples and returned to order the flooring. The decision was easy after my experience that very day - ProSource was where I was getting my flooring. We went there hoping to find flooring for our new home that was under construction. We had already gone to many other stores and still did not find the just right flooring for us. One visit to ProSourse and we found it all for every room . Kirk the sales man was very helpful and patient . He also recommended American Flooring Specialist for all the installation. They did a real great job and did everything with the same care and concern as if they were doing their own home. We highly recommend both for all your flooring needs :)
