We have used Pro Service on three different occasions. The first was for tile for our kitchen back splash. The second was for replacing approximately 1500 sq' of hardwood as well as new carpeting in two rooms and the third had to do with area/accent rugs. We utilized two different Pro Service associates and both were outstanding. Toni was easy to work with and had great ideas for the work done in the kitchen. Her ideas on design vs price vs what really looked good were essential to being a success. Alli showed great patience and offered great advice as we worked through the multide of hardwood selections. We had no idea as to the many types of wood and wood products that could be used. Same can be said on the selection of carpeting for the two rooms. With her help and guidance the results were outstanding We had no idea that we could use Pro Source for area/accent rugs. Again Alli came through and after picking out the carpeting she made arrangements for the carpet to be cut to our sizes and then bound. Very nice Your contractor must make arrangements to be able to use Pro Source but once that happens the service and selection are outstanding.
