Just wanted to say a couple of quick complements for Justin O'Connell - my contractor recommended him as my contact at your business and I can see why. Justin was very attentive and listened to my thinking and specific needs for an upcoming renovation. He offered suggestions for materials and explained the reasoning for using them over other products. In the end, he even helped me to see why choosing a specific flooring across the majority of my downstairs would even be a better option for cleaning and maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the knowledge and help Justin displayed.

I had to write a review after working with Gene Griffin and Justin O'Connell of Prosource Dulles. They have been wonderful to work with--knowledgeable about all products, timely response and and always willing to help, no matter what is needed. I highly recommend working with either of these two gentleman. They work above and beyond which is hard to find in the design industry.

I had the opportunity to work with Justin at ProSource to pick out several items for our master bath and bedroom remodel. His knowledge of products was most helpful when picking out the items necessary to stay within my budget and meet my design vision. Only one hiccup for me, I went over budget on carpet but I just couldn't resist. Upon one of my trips to the showroom, l told Justin I was looking for carpet and what type. He took me directly to them in the showroom and pointed out the multitude of selections they had to offer. When I shared it was only for the master bedroom, he asked if I would like to see what he would use if it was his house. He brought me the softest carpet I ever felt (we called it bunny carpet, because it''s just that soft) - I was hooked. I knew it would be more than I had budgeted. He could see I was somewhat torn on what to do so he gave me samples of several types and sent me home to share with my husband. Of course, in the feel test my husband was hooked too, so decision made! While I did go over on carpet, Justin worked with me to figure out a way to decrease some of the cost on the hardwood which actually worked better with my design so the stain matched, so technically it all a wash. Should I have another project (which I am sure will happen) this will be the first place I go even before finding a contractor to do the work. Thank you Justin and G for helping me have the dream master suit!

We couldn't be happier with the personal knowledge and service that we have received from Justin O'Connell. His familiarity with the showroom and goods made our choices much easier to come by. We have used ProSource {Justin} not only for our remodeling business but for our own personal home as well. We certainly will continue to work with him, A+!! Kitchen and Bath Designer, Vibha Bhagwat worked with us to replace damaged kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We had purchased the cabinets from a company that has since gone out of business. Since ProSource carries the brand of cabinets, we came to Vibha for help. She helped us identify exactly what pieces we needed, provided us with a price quote, and ordered the cabinets for us. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very easy to work with. My husband and I commented several times on what great customer service we received from ProSource.
