Great service and Products

I have been going to Prosource of Hartford for my flooring needs for the past twelve years. Steve and the staff have been a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. This is my one stop flooring supplier, highly recommend them!

Exceptional service and product knowledge

They provide exceptional service, especially Samantha as well as the other sales staff. Very impressed with the product knowledge. Sam went out of her way to help and answer our questions. Very impressed with her sales abilities and professionalism. And I have been in highland technology sales for over 15 years. Definitely recommend them.

The best place around for flooring

You cannot find a better staff or selection anywhere in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and very upbeat. The prices were very competitive and selection was unmatched.This place rocks, you all are the best! Thanks for everything you did to make my house look amazing.

Quality, customer service and satisfaction

My contractor recently installed a laminate flooring from ProSource. The floor made loud squishing noises after installation, the contractor performed all possible corrective actions to stop the noise to no avail. ProSource sent representatives out, who were very nice. Samples were taken, a new floor was provided and the rep even suggested a floor which was even better than the original!! We love it and would recommend ProSource to anyone.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!

At ProSource I am always greeted by the friendly staff who are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I meet all my clients at the showroom which is always clean and organized. Working with Steve, Samantha, Nick and Alex is always a pleasure. ProSource is my one stop shop for all my tile and floor covering needs.

Spectacular People, Great Products, Terrific Service

Everyone at this facility is very professional, helpful and patient. Occasional free candy and comfortable seating make this vendor one of my favorite homes away from home. Looking forward to availability of cabinet and kitchen fixture products soon!

Knowledgeable Flooring Professionals

Prosource has been a favored flooring resource for me as a professional for more than 14 years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and there is a good selection of residential and commercial flooring for any job. Whether I'm there sourcing material for a job, meet a client there or have a client go in by themselves, the service is always fabulous! Prosource is one of my favorite resources!
