We purchased 10 bags of high quality grout for our double bath remodel. All but one of the bags of grout worked great, but everywhere we used this one bag would just come up as sand... even just rubbing with your fingers after being given days to set, well beyond the manufacturers recommendation of 24 hours. Their return policy states that for defective merchandise, they will exchange or refund the purchase price. The manager refused to honor this policy stating that we had used most of the bag. I explained that we were not able to "use" the product. In fact, we have to remove what was installed and replace it. He said our only option is to buy another bag at full price. Never again

My wife and I were replacing carpet from the April 13, 2018 flood on the East side of Oahu. They were very helpful, and had a pretty decent selection of carpets available on island. We're looking forward to having our home back to the way it was very soon thanks to ProSource.

I have worked with Pro Source for a number of years and have had excellent results. Primarily, they have given excellent recommendations for the project which I was undertaking; for example the current fashion with pro's ad con.s of each product, color choices, durability and purposes. The examples of assistance are numerable, but the example I like to reveal was the recommendation for a less expensive carpet and pad which they felt was better than the choice iI had in mind. What kind of business would recommend a less expensive product over the more expensive product! I choose Pro Source over any other "advertised" carpet deals.

I had a good experience. I worked with Travis. The directions I had to find the place were not good, so I got lost. I ended up at Bouganville Flooring, and I wasn't willing to leave and keep looking. So Travis came to the flooring store and we drove back to ProSource in my car. The transaction was good. The store was clean, and everyone I saw was nice to me. Travis knew I was flustered about driving around so long to find the place. He told me if any other transactions needed to be done, we could do them over the phone. I loved this idea. This is a very nice place.
