Fun to work with
Kay was so great to work with... we are picking out finishes for a new build and she came up with amazing choices for us- it was almost like she could read our minds after the first 10 minutes! She made a process that could have been a huge pain and super confusing, and instead made it effortless and fun!! I can’t wait to see everything installed in our dream house! Thanks again Kay!

My “Go-to” store. Every person knows their job.
I have done business with ProSource West since 2013 and they continue to be my “go-to” store. The customer service is without fault. All the staff have pitched in to help me when I needed assistance whether it be for products and product information, quotes and billing, or pick-up. Samples are delivered right away, sometimes in less than 24 hours. More importantly, they have stood behind me and given tremendous support when there were issues with a job. Great place!

Showroom is impressive and are the numerous product choices. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.
As a designer, who moved here a couple of years ago, I was delighted to find Pro Choice in Kansas City (West location). With not only up-to-date products, but a huge selection, it's very exciting to visit. Caitlin does a great job of helping and all the people at the front desk are extremely proficient and have great follow through. We had a couple of hiccups, but very minor. I would recommend Pro Source to any professional.

James Allen, Matthew and Bruce , great team
I cannot say enough about the service and quality installation I received from James and his Pro Source partners. Bruce was also great on the sales side. Matthew also is fantastic and guided me first to ProSource. Great customer attention and service.

Awful Experience!
What an awful experience! Many communication break downs and not following through on what they say they are going to do. The first issue was when Brad Applebaugh said he would send me a picture of the carpet and vinyl that was purchased and he never did. Then was told the installers would be there Thursday morning and be done by the end of the day. When 3:30pm came around and there was only one guy there and hardly anything had been done, I contacted Brad who said he would find out what is going on and call me back. As of 5pm I hadn't heard back so I texted Brad. Nothing. I called Brad and left him a voicemail. Nothing. Another text and again nothing. I called Prosource the next day and spoke to someone else who said he would personally deliver the message to Brad to call me back as it was urgent. Guess what? No response again. Instead of making it right, they just ignore all texts, phone calls, and voicemails. Not sure I've experienced customer service this bad before. I tried to bring this poor customer service experience to the attention of the store manager (John Shafer) and he didn't even call me back. They just don't care. Stay away unless you enjoy living in nightmares.

A place I can go "where everyone knows my name" and is welcoming and ready to help me
I have been a client of ProSource KC West so long I can't remember where I shopped for flooring before. The showroom has all types for tile and flooring for all my remodeling jobs. Kay R. is my sales rep and knows everything about their products, and if by some remote chance she can't answer my question, she gets an answer promptly. John Shafer is a great showroom manager and very supportive of the design, build, and remodeling industries. As expediter, Julie T. keeps me informed on where my orders are in the system. The rest of the staff is excellent as well: Brad, Gail, Heather, Andrea, Caitlyn, Lisa L & Lisa S and the new guy! All are willing to help if my rep isn't available.
