We recently built a new home and our contractor sent us to ProSource of Newport News for all of our tile needs. We were fortunate enough to be assigned to work with Mary Flanagan. She was helpful and professional in every way. She worked with our budget and had great ideas for us to be able to achieve the looks we wanted. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. After living in our house for a few months, we returned to ProSource for an area rug. Again, Mary listened to our needs and directed us to exactly what would work best. The new rug is in place and it couldn't be better. We have again returned to ProSource for the tile for a bathroom we had roughed-in while doing construction. Since this bath is one that will get little use, we wanted something that would be as cost effective as possible. Again, Mary came through for us.

My husband and I just purchased carpet from ProSource for our living areas, bedrooms and sturdy. It was installed in a timely fashion, by a great installer, Anthony Dudley and his crew. There are no words to adequately express how thrilled we are with the service and knowledge at ProSource in Newport News, VA and the installation of the carpet. Anthony is to be commended on his expertise, work ethic, professionalism and manners. He made what is not a pleasurable experience having a whole house in disarray due to a project into one that wound up to be very workable, easier and less stressful, as well as a much less shorter time than I anticipated. Accolades to his crew, too. They were friendly, very helpful and easy to work with. Very patient with me when moving heavy furniture into it’s perfect spot. A huge THANK YOU for a job well done!! ProSource of Newport News has a great staff and great selection of products. They use top of the line installers and the sales team are personal with customers and make sure you get what you need. Go check them out.

3 months ago I went to Pro Source in Yorktown and had a somewhat uncomfortable experience. Usually if I have a bad experience with a company I am done, however this time was an exception. After voicing my displeasure on there website I was immediately contacted by Nick who kindly ask me to give him a chance to make it right and that is exactly what he did. He worked with me diligently to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the products I ordered for my bathroom remodel. I am glad that this time I gave a second chance and will definitely make purchases at this store for my future flooring needs. Thank you for making it right.
