We initially had a misunderstanding and miscommunication but Prosource went above and beyond. They are an excellent company that really cares about their customers.

We are doing an extensive home remodel of our home and Prosource of North Hollywood was recommended by our contractor. Robert was the employee who helped us extensively in picking out our tile and flooring. My wife and I do not have an 'eye' when it comes to matching colors but thankfully Robert does. He was very patient every time we went to the showroom and offered us very helpful advice. We initially had an issue with the floor manufacturer(no fault of Prosource) but the manager (Karen) stepped in very quickly and assisted us to make things right. We were very happy to know that businesses like Prosource value their customers. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Be assured that if an issue comes up, Prosource will have you back and will protect the customer.

We have had such an awful experience at Prosource of North Hollywood. We spent a significant amount of money on wood flooring and tile. We had a total of 78 boxes of engineered wood flooring delivered to our house. All boxes had the same product and SKU number but the shipment contained three different types of wood color. We contacted Prosource of North Hollywood and we had to purchase a different type of wood flooring which cost more (yeah we ended up having to pay more for their mistake). Not only that, but we were promised that their employees would haul the defective shipment from our home, and they were also going to bring the new shipment inside our home as a "favor"...Guess what? We actually had to do it ourselves. Not only did we have to haul out the defective flooring our of our house but we had to bring in the new flooring as well. Prosource flat out lied to our face because they wanted to make more money from us. Our remodeling project was delayed by one week. Meaning having to pay more to stay at an Airbnb. We had so many expenses relating to Prosource of North Hollywood's screw up and not one phone call from their management. We have requested to speak to management about our situation and for compensation but they have ignored our request. ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE**** THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE

I have my own design firm and have been working with Prosource for over 10 years. Karen and her team are always available to meet my clients needs from sampling, to installation suggestions through to completion. They are easy to access and if they don't know the information, they are quick to contact the manufacturer for the answers. Also, the few times there have been a problem, they have been quick to respond and have always resolved the issue to the client's satisfaction. Their assortment is extensive from moderate to best and it is constantly being upgraded to suite our clients' design specifications. Karen, especially, provides outstanding service and follow up.

Over my 22 year career as an interior designer, I have interacted with many flooring sources and specialists. ProSource is by far the most professional, thorough, responsive, and dependable showroom that I know. Karen, Aret, and the entire team make the experience of sourcing carpet, wood flooring, tile, solid surface material, etc. a pleasurable one. Their willingness to explore all options and follow up with installation details makes my job so much easier. After working with them exclusively for the last decade, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner!

I am an Interior Designer with my own firm and design studiowhen I moved I no longer had room for hard surface products. I found ProSource and have been really happy with their service, product selection and staff. Recently I ordered a product that unexpectedly to all of us including that products rep - had a huge lead time. Aret bent over backwards to help me find a replacement the client would be happy with and help match the original product quote. The client loves their Ned wood floors! Another happy customer! Win win for all!

I have been shopping at Pro Source in North Hollywood for more than 12 years. I was lucky to find them just after I started to my own Interior Design Firm. I learned most of what I know about wood flooring, carpeting and alternative products from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have an answer to a question they will find out the answer and follow-up, which I love. The selection is great and so well displayed that my clients feel they have seen all they need to with one visit. I love the sales staff! For the first few years I worked Karen and now Aret. I love the personal attention they give and truly feel like Pro Source is a part of my design team!

ProSource has an excellent staff of professional friendly individuals. I use them for all my flooring needs, tile, carpet hardwoods etc. It is wonderful to be able to check out samples to bring to my clients homes. Great selection and prices. Highly recommended.
