I have mostly worked with Cheryl, the manager and received nothing but perfect service from her. She is available when we make an appointment and even when I run in with an emergency. She knows her products and if she doesn't, finds someone that does. She is prompt with bids and coming out to measure. I like working with her because she always allows me to take samples to my clients and is NEVER pushy with making a sale. One area that I was a little disappointed in was the cabinet maker. Too many "modifications" needed to be done after the cabinets were delivered and my client was not pleased. Plus it cost us more money than anticipated. I feel it would be a good idea that the cabinet designer come out to each job site and measure herself and talk to the installer before ordering in the future.

I recently moved and needed carpet. The opportunity to use ProSource arose and I couldn't be happier that I followed through. Kerri was very informative and courteous. I took home samples and ultimately got a fantastic remnant at a remarkable price. My new carpet will be installed soon and I'm so excited to see how amazing the room will look. Kerri helped me out when I was ordering materials for a remodeling job and she couldn't have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to answer questions and provide information. She was extremely pleasant every time I spoke with her and she is prompt with material quotes. Prosource as a whole seems to be a great place - everyone I spoke with was helpful and polite. I will certainly use this company for future projects. On a side note, she came in nearly half the cost of another competing company for the material I needed.
