Poor customer service
We recently remodeled our kitchen and used ProSource to purchase our countertops and cabinets. We had a very poor experience from the beginning. Their customer service is sub par and they do not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner, sometimes not responding at all! In choosing cabinets we had some questions about designs and pricing. It took several days and sometimes even weeks for their salesman to answer simple questions about the style doors and various options. After we chose the cabinets it took over a month for their design team to send us a design. The first draft was not what we requested and we had to wait several more weeks for the updated design. If that wasn't enough, 2 weeks after we installed the cabinets the one above the refrigerator started separating from the wall. When I opened it up to take a look the entire cabinet was falling apart. Both my contractor and I have reached out to them sevetal times regarding a replacement and they have not responded. I would not recommend this company. .
