I can't say enough great things about Schaef-Air, over the past 7 years my A/C always finds the most inconvenient times to stop working, always on the weekend the first time on a Sunday of Memorial day weekend with a house full of people an they came out on a holiday and the next time again on Sunday. Jeremy is very dedicated to keeping customers happy and cool. We finally broke down and updated with a Geo Thermal, they installed and have maintained / serviced it every since. Because of their dedication to customer service and keeping me happy I wouldn't use anyone else.

We have used Schaef-Air many times. Our water heater went out recently and it was less than 5 years old. Jeremy checked to see if it was stilll under warranty and it was. He took care of all that paperwork and fixed it the same day we called. They respond very quickly and complete job quickly. They are very professional. We would highly reccommend them and are the only htg and air company we will ever use in the future.

Schaef-Air installed our new furnace/AC. They did great work and our utility bills have even gone down. Yah!! Jeremy helped us find the best Vectren rebates too. Highly recommend Schaefer-Air!!
