I always receive my yearly maintenance checks; about three to four years ago my former provider came out and essentially said that my heating unit was on the brink of BLOWING up. I needed a 2nd opinion and through word of mouth called Scoggins & Co. On this particular day Clay came out himself and assessed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit. I've been using Scoggins & Co. ever since for yearly maintenance and problems as they arise. From the friendliness and attentiveness of the telephone scheduler, to the promptness, professionalism, and courtesy of the workmen, Scoggins & Co. is topnotch! And if you get lucky enough to have that FINE ASS Clay Scoggins come to your home himself, that's icing on the cake because he is definitely easy on the eye ... lol. I wholeheartedly recommend Scoggins & Co. for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

Even though I was a new customer and we were in the middle of a heat wave, no doubt increasing demand for service, Scoggins sent out a repairman the next day (my contract service provider couldn't get to it for two days). The problem turned out to be very complex, (related to a Wi-Fi "communicating" thermostat), and the problem recurred after a couple hours--and again after a second fix. The next day they sent out a senior repairman, who spent a couple hours here making modifications and explaining everything to me--at no charge for this senior repairman visit. All has worked well since. Both servicemen were pleasant to interact with. Very pleased with this company. Recommend highly.

I wanted to say that Andrew does a great job! He is very knowledgeable. Every time he cleans my unit, it's smooth and makes it 'sing a song'.
