After many services, I came across Senior Helpers. I care for my parents who have very different needs and am raising two younger children. Senior Helpers from the office to the home, have listened to my requests but most of all heard them and have assisted me in this life situation with compassion and knowledge. It was tough at first to find the right match for my parents, It took a bit of time and that was discouraging, but they were patient and continued to work to meet our needs. Today, my parents are well cared for as they approach their later years. In place is a plan to assist them on their abilities and needs. There is companionship and the caregivers are supportive and have come to know my parents as I do. I am grateful to all who are associated with the service. They truly work hard to have your voice heard in the very difficult job of caring for people who cared so much for you.

Service is A+. Was almost ready for a nursing home, but once Senior Helpers started coming to help I improved so much. I can take care of myself better and Senior Helpers kept me at home where I want to be. The caregivers are very helpful.

We have been with Senior Helpers a little over a year now. Our experience with the prior services we had never lasted more than a few months before we got frustrated with the caregiver turnovers. We are very pleased with the caregivers my husband has with Senior Helpers and they strive to make sure the same caregivers are available to him. These caregivers treat him with respect and have become part of our family. We know we can depend on having the same caregivers each week and that is so important, the continuity of care. When Senior Helpers showed up at my mother's apartment, she was in need of more help than that visit had been scheduled for. Senior Helpers adjusted on the fly and made sure my mother was safely situated before they departed.
