Matt and his team are professional, caring and proactive. He works to truly understand and match the clients and caregivers. This is so important and has made a huge difference. Matt is also an excellent communicator who is prompt and proactive. My experience is great. You can tell that Matt understands both the business and the people. I also like the fact that he is a problem solver. Every situation can develop a problem, that's to be expected. The difference here is problem identification with resolution that is not knee jerk but well thought out. Even my father, the client loves the caregivers. After firing 3 previous firms he's really bonded with this group. I hope we can keep the magic going. It's such a burden off our family.

I have nothing but good to say about Senior Helpers!!! I am speaking of this from a professional master prepared RN who has been a nurse since the 1980's and as a family member/daughter who loved her dad very much. We use their services for almost two years now. We initially used them for companionship and transportation for my dad who was 92 years old at the time who had recently moved in with us from up north and had lost his license to drive. My dad at the time would go to the YMCA to work out three times a week to keep active. He and Matt the owner of Senior Helpers bonded very well both being navy veterans and "Mastered" scuba drivers. My dad still was actively scuba driving up to the ripe old age of 88 years old back home. Later on as my dad age and was diagnosed with dementia, Matt's company whom is "dementia certified" was able to provide the care and support necessary when dealing with clients diagnosed with dementia. As the dementia progressed rapidly and my dad's state of health decline, Matt and his home health aid (Angels as I referred to them as) were able to provide the support, structured guidance necessary to keep my dad safe and happy. Matt's staff were there providing comfort and support to my dad all the way up to the end. Towards the end of my dad's life his dementia had progressed to the point where we required 12 hour shifts, seven days a week to help provide the care required to meet my dad's needs and the needs of my family being known as the "sandwiched" generation taking care of aging parents, children still at home in high school and grandchildren of the older children/siblings. With the help, comfort and support Senior Helpers gave my dad and my family, I was able to honor his wish and keep him home and not have to be admitted to a nursing home. My father's wish was kept and honored where he just recently passed away in his sleep surrounded by his family at his side as he left this earth to join his family and friends in heaven.
