It was a pleasure to meet and work with Stephen Cupp and Senior Helpers of Knoxville. I recently hired Senior Helpers to provide care for my 95 year old Dad. My Dad resides in an assisted living facility, but I needed to be assured that while I was out of town his needs would be met on a timely and professional manner. Stephen met with me and listened carefully to my concerns and where I felt aid was needed for my Dad. My Dad was very pleased with the compassionate and professional care he received from the caregiver who stayed with him for a four day period. I'm glad that we entrusted Senior Helpers to care for our loved one. My Dad expressed his pleasure, so I have complete confidence that the caregiver assigned to him meet and exceeded our expectations.

Senior Helpers kept me from having to cancel a long-planned trip to see my son in Seattle. My mom was recovering nicely from a recent sickness, but I was still not comfortable leaving her for so long. After a personal recommendation, I contacted Stephen Cupp at Senior Helpers. He came out to meet us and explain his business. My mother had a helper from 9-6 during the day for 10 days. Stephen came out and introduced each helper on her first day. That was impressive. A caring professional with his heart in the right place - that's Stephen. My mom enjoyed her time while I was away. In fact, every time I called to check on her, she told me how well it was going and that all was fine on the home front. She has suggested that she might like her favorite helper to come in every now and then. We are likely to pursue that soon. Five stars for Senior Helpers. I am glad they were there for us.

From the initial interview through the final days of service, the people at Senior Helpers were compassionate, responsive and always eager to be helpful. The 89-year old patient resides in an excellent assisted living facility, but when she was released from a rehab center after breaking a hip, she was not ready for the level of independence required by the facility. We employed Senior Helpers to be with her and be part of the team working with her to achieve that required level of independence. Senior Helpers owner Steve Cupp communicated with me regularly to report on progress, express concerns the healthcare workers had, as well as suggest things we might do to help. Steve and his employees were extremely compassionate and caring with their patient, demonstrating an exemplary level of professionalism and skill. I strongly recommend Senior Helpers and will call on them again should the need arise.

I am so glad that I found, and then met with Seniors Helpers of West Knoxville. My parents are in their 90's, and my dad had fallen in autumn 2016, so help around the house and physical assistance in guiding his movements on the walker for rehabilitation was necessary. Stephen Cupp and his whole team, from office personnel to in the field caregivers have made the situation so much more comforting and tolerable for myself and family, as we live in other states. Seniors Helpers have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my folks, and then giving concise and informative reports that allow me to make the needed adjustments in levels of care (i.e. recommending home health services where applicable, etc.). When my father's condition started to decline, and further hospitalization was necessary, Seniors Helpers were there for my mother, helping with transport and chores so that his return home was a smooth transition, and Mr. Cupp stayed with my mom well into the night of his return home to keep her company waiting on promised medical help that night. Their business arrangements are very professional and they consistently score high on professionalism and service. Thank you for all that you continue to do to improve the quality of life for my mother.
