I used their services twice. I needed a driver for some medical procedures. The ladies that escorted me to and from the procedures were very nice and helpful. I was hoping to use them again. However, I found the owner of the Agency to be a real piece of work. I paid with a debit card the first time. When I got the invoice for the second service Sherre without my knowledge, without informing me, decided to go into my bank account and remove funds without my knowledge. I called and spoke with her she stated that because she had my debit card number and the second invoice was 2 weeks old she removed the funds. Not only was she not authorized to use the card she also overcharged me on mileage. She charged me for 50 miles and it was just over 20 miles! I would not trust this Agency AT ALL!!!!! If she would do this to me she probably has done this before to elderly people and has gotten away with it!!

They brought changes to our attention that allowed us to get medical attention to her early. The home office was quick to respond to our needs. They guided us from companion care to more skilled care. Without senior helpers we would not have been able to fulfill our Mom' s wish to stay in her own home until the end of life.
